The owner will tell us about the life on the farm. After throwing a Lappish lassoo and a short course of the reindeer driving, you will sit to the sleigh and drive a reindeer for about 1.5 km. (for groups over 20 persons, 200 meters). If you get back, you will receive a diploma and have some coffee with sweet pastries by the campfire or in the farmhouse. Duration including transfers from Ruka is about 2 hours.

A safari to the husky farm. We will get to know the friendly huskies and the owner will tell us about the everyday life of the huskies. After the driving lesson we will drive a 5 km in the winter nature (2 persons/ sledge) and enjoy coffee and bun in a hut. After the husky safari we will head back to Ruka with the snowmobiles. Length of the safari is about 45 km, and it takes about 4 hours.

On this 30 km journey by snowmobile we will visit the reindeer farm. The owner will tell us about the life in the reindeer farm. After lassoing and learning how to be at the helm of a reindeer, we will go for a short reindeer ride. For those who also bring the reindeer back, we will give a reindeer riding diploma. The 3 hour programme also includes coffee and bun. Minimum group size 4 persons.
