Lesson starts with the basics of stand up paddling (SUP), learning how to paddle and how to stand on the board and stay balanced. After the basics we aldo do some exercise for the legs and abs. After one hous paddling we head to sauna for 30 minutes streching exercise; Saunayoga.

Sign in for weekly program latest on previous day by 5 p.m. (by phone, email or online booking). Rafting, canoeing, sup –boarding, RZR – car safaries and fishing tours include all the needed equipment. Starting place for the activities is Ruka Safaris’ safari centre (address: Rukarinteentie 1), in SUP- and saunaprograms the starting place is Ruka Safaris’ Iisakki Village (address: Myllylahdentie 4).
